Bill L'Herault started Videobilia in 1995. He had found producing videos for others to be a very rewarding activity. To witness clients and viewers feeling excited and emotional in response to a new presentation of an event, their organization or their lives is a thrilling experience.

Bill joined and participated in professional and peer to peer organizations such as the

Minnesota Professional Videographers Association (MPVA) where he is in a second term as association co-chair.
